TimberMax S3 is a premium wood flooring underlay designed for floating floor installations. Suitable for laminate flooring and engineered wood flooring, it is manufactured from a high-performance PU and mineral compound to provide long-lasting support, durability, and comfort. A built-in silver vapour barrier protects your flooring from moisture rising through the subfloor.
This added layer of protection helps keep your floor dry, prevents damp-related damage, and improves the long-term performance of your flooring installation. With an ultra-low tog rating of just 0.1, TimberMax is compatible with underfloor heating systems, allowing efficient heat transfer through the floor while providing excellent support for your flooring. TimberMax helps create a quieter home by reducing impact sound by up to 20dB.
It minimises footfall noise between rooms and floors, making it an excellent choice for busy households, apartments, and multi-storey properties.
