Kahrs Lecco Oak Engineered Wood Flooring, Oiled, 200x13x2423mm is part of the Avanti Collection and comes in beige and is in natural flooring grade. In general, by wire brushing the texture of the wood becomes different, the process pulls the soft grain from the growth ring thus leaving the heartwood exposed to the surface.

Creating a virtually gap-free floor has transformed from a dream to a reality with the Woodloc® system where the boards lock together mechanically and glueless. Receiving the full potential of the wood would mean experiencing the variations of colour, knots and different grains, this is what 1 strip of flooring means.

By using only naturally free from solvents, formaldehyde and isocyanate treatments for the surface layer of the flooring, Kahrs is not only making the flooring really easy to clean and maintain but it is protecting the people caring for it from inhaling harmful chemical fumes.

There are several types of different joint systems depending on the board construction offered by Kahrs which are Woodloc®, Woodloc® 5S and Tongue and Groove. The oak tree can have a different colouration from a light cream to medium tan with some pink to orange overtones.

Both Woodloc® and Woodloc® 5S are innovative glue-free joint systems and are able to resist drastic fluctuations in atmosphere and temperature without problems, both can be installed and then disassembled with ease and can have no visible gaps between planks.
