Junckers Beech SylvaKet Solid 2-Strip Wood Flooring, Silk Matt Lacquered, 129x14mm has an attractive brown colour which has made it one of Junckers' most popular flooring choices.

SylvaKet is based on beech. Junckers has created a product that has been vacuum stained to achieve a warm honey brown colour throughout the floorboard.

Beech is Junckers' hallmark floor, an honoured Scandinavian species with a minimal graining pattern. Junckers' unique technology that created their press-dried beech makes this floor harder than maple. The infused colour of SylvaKet permeates the entire floor's thickness, which cannot be sanded off or worn through.

The 2-Strip Board Hardwood Flooring is designed as a series of individually picked wooden strips, laid in a staggered pattern. Combining this pattern with all the unique strips gives a flooring full of personality and vibrance.

Variation grade is the unique name that Junckers have given to their rustic-grade products. This grade has a rustic look with substantial colour and structural graining variation between the individual staves. Several small and large knots and fine hairline splits occur.

Underfloor heating works to perfection under Junckers solid hardwood floors because, unlike tiles and stones, solid wood is naturally warm and pleasant, whether or not the heating is on.

Each board is assembled from two rows of staves by a glued double dovetail construction. Each board is tongue and grooved on all four sides.
