This is plank-format engineered oak, built around named collections including Amato, Cala, Cascada, Massimo and Palazzo, with widths running from 145mm up to 260mm, all at 13mm to 13.5mm thick, in Natural and Rustic grades.

    The collections

Cascada runs 190mm wide, mostly Rustic grade, with the widest colour selection in the range. Cala steps up to 220mm, brushed with extra matt lacquer, for a refined, high-end finish. Amato brings warm, neutral tones at 145mm wide. Massimo and Palazzo round out the range with their own distinct widths and finishes.

    Extra matt lacquer

Most of the range uses an extra matt lacquer finish, giving a soft, understated sheen while staying sealed and easy to clean. A handful of boards come oiled instead, for a natural, tactile feel underfoot.

    Fitting

QuickStep's engineered boards use a floating click installation, fitted without nails or glue directly over most existing subfloors, making it straightforward for a confident DIY fit or a fast professional installation.

    FAQ

How does QuickStep's wear layer compare to other engineered ranges?
At 2.5mm, it's built for light sanding and long-term durability, giving genuine oak on top with a sealed, low-maintenance finish.

What's the difference between the Cascada and Cala collections?
Cascada runs 190mm wide with a Rustic-leaning colour range. Cala is wider at 220mm, brushed with an extra matt lacquer for a more refined finish.

Is QuickStep engineered flooring suitable for a floating installation?
Yes, it uses a click system fitted without nails or glue over most existing subfloors.
