Vinyl and LVT (luxury vinyl tile) flooring gives you a realistic wood or stone look with a waterproof, low-maintenance surface, which is why it's a common choice for kitchens and bathrooms where real wood isn't practical. This range covers thicknesses from 2mm to 9mm, in plank, herringbone, chevron and tile formats.

LVT vs SPC

• LVT (luxury vinyl tile) — a flexible vinyl construction, generally thinner and often more budget-friendly, still fully waterproof
• SPC (stone plastic composite) — a rigid core construction, typically thicker and firmer underfoot, better at bridging small imperfections in the subfloor

Formats

• Plank — the standard long-board format, works in most rooms
• Herringbone and chevron — vinyl versions of these patterns, giving a genuine parquet look with none of the moisture concerns of real wood
• Tile and tile effect — squared formats that mimic stone or ceramic tile, without the cold underfoot feel or grout lines to clean

Where it works

Because it's genuinely waterproof (not just water-resistant like most laminate), vinyl and SPC flooring is a solid choice for kitchens, bathrooms, and utility rooms as well as living spaces. It also tends to feel warmer and quieter underfoot than real tile, which is worth factoring in for a bathroom or kitchen fit.

Fitting

Most planks and tiles in this range use a click-lock system for a floating installation, though some ranges are dryback and glued directly to the subfloor instead, which gives a lower overall floor height. It's worth checking which fitting method a specific range uses before ordering if floor height is tight against a doorway or existing flooring.
